For several years I have been working with clients who have chronic pain, challenging diagnoses, digestive problems, headaches and injuries. Massage Therapy isn't just for relaxation. It is a treatment that will down-regulate your nervous system, encouraging better sleep, decreases pain and aid in stress management.
Combining a variety of massage styles and techniques to create a healing session to reduce pain, improve blood and lymph flow, encourage relaxation and improve mobility. All appointments are to be scheduled in advance. No walk-ins available.
Blending Alignment Yoga, Meditation, Mat Pilates and self-care to relax the nervous system, strengthen the core and to fully inhabit your body. Learn time tested techniques to manage stress and decrease anxiety.

Most clients receive an integrative massage. This is a therapeutic massage that combines Myofascial Release, Swedish, Deep Tissue, the use of essential oils, Neuromuscular Therapy and Acupressure. Depending on how the tissues are responding, additional tools may be used such as silicon/glass cups, stainless steel gua sha scrapers, hot stones or moist heat. The goal of Integrative Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart while down-regulating the nervous system. Integrative Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.
This gentle style of bodywork is performed over the clothes. Using light touch and myofascial techniques to improve the flow of cerebral spinal fluid and to influence the cranial bones. Often used as a treatment for headaches and insomnia.
Enjoy one-on-one lessons to strengthen your personal practice. Learn how to down-regulate the nervous system and be more embodied. Sarah combines hatha yoga poses, mat pilates, reflexology, meditation and more to teach others how to be more comfortable in their body.
Choose from Integrative, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Thai, Abdominal, Prenatal or Corporate Chair Massage. Additional bodywork includes Foot Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, or Jin Shin Acupressure. Additional fees of $20-40 for on-site appointments.
Focus on one area of the body, most commonly the back or neck and shoulders. Can also be used for a foot reflexology treatment. Great if you don't have much time or need some spot work.
Most common length of session. A full body relaxation massage can be performed in an hour or integrative and therapeutic massage on half of the body.
Full body therapeutic with focus on multiple areas of high tension. When dealing with chronic issues or a larger body, more time is recommended to allow the therapist plenty of time to create some lasting change.
Sarah combines Alignment Yoga, Meditation, Mat Pilates and more to create a diverse and fun class or private lesson.
